Madison High School is committed to providing each student with a rigorous and relevant educational environment that provides students with a wide-range of academic and extra-curricular opportunities and experiences. The staff at Madison High School, in collaboration with our community, is dedicated to the mission of empowering each student to reach their fullest potential to be successful in an ever-changing world.

- Over 450 students in grades 9-12
- Advanced Placement (AP) courses in English Language and Composition, English Literature, Calculus, Statistics, Biology, US History, World History, and Computer Science Principles
- Project Lead the Way (PLTW) courses in Biomedical Sciences, Human Body Systems, and Medical Interventions EKG
- American Sign Language (ASL) and Spanish courses offered fulfilling foreign language high school graduation requirement
- A wide selection of Visual and Performing Arts courses
- Students offered 24 Career Technical Education (CTE) programs through county-wide programming at the Lenawee ISD TECH Center.
- Award winning Band and Choir programs and a beautiful Performing Arts Center
- Dual-Enrollment opportunities for students through Adrian College, Siena Heights University, and Jackson College
- Athletic programs offering 13 sports, including 24 teams
- Co-curricular activities such as Student Council, National Honor Society, Equations, Debate and Performing Arts
- U.S. News and World Report Silver Medal School (2013) and Bronze Medal School (2014 & 2015)
